NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

At the DMTC Clubhouse
The Annual General Meeting of the Don Mills Tennis Club will be held on Tuesday, October 4th, 2022 at 7:00 pm at the DMTC Clubhouse.
The purpose of this meeting is to review the 2019 summer season and to receive a summary report presented by all Board Directors. It is also an opportunity to elect new board members for the 2019-2020 season and to transact other business as may properly be presented at the close of Reports and elections.

Proxies
If you are unable to attend the DMTC Annual General Meeting and want your voice to be heard, you may appoint a proxy. Assign your voting authority to any DMTC adult or senior member in good standing via one of the methods list below.

Proxy requests must be made by one of the methods above and must be received no later than Saturday October 1st, 2022 at 12am.
Please note that the court lights will be turned off during the AGM.
