Dear DMTC members:
Due to the limitations of DMTC’s clubhouse capacity, the cooler temperatures, the unpredictability of the weather, the board has worked diligently to find a more suitable venue to host our AGM meeting for 2022. The anticipated attendance for our annual AGM on Tuesday October 4, 2022 at 7pm will be greater than what the Clubhouse can accommodate. To make sure our members are comfortable we have found a venue that can seat 200 members indoors.
