Court Usage

  • Scheduled club activities take priority over individual play.  Please refer to the monthly schedule posted in the clubhouse.
  • Court 1 or 6 are the designated teaching courts.
  • League and tournament play may occupy at most three courts.
  • Use of the practice court is limited to 15 minutes if others are waiting.
  • Court Reserve online application will be used for all Court bookings except for the following Exceptions:
    • Friday 6-11pm  –  Court Tag-up for Courts 3,4,5,6

Court Reserve Online Reservation Rules

  • Each member is allowed to book a maximum of 4 hours court time per rolling 7 days.  These rolling 7 days will refresh at 7am each day.
  • All players must be registered on Court Reserve before the start of play.  If you have reached your maximum of 4 hours, then you must cancel an advanced booking.
  • If a monitor is on duty, all players must check-in with the monitor.  
  • Members who need to cancel are required to cancel their booking.  Effort should be made to provide as much lead time as possible.
  • Misuse of Court Reserve rules may lead to a loss of booking privileges.

          

Friday Night Court Tag-up Rules

  • Members participating in tag-up must not have a court booked on Court Reserve immediately prior, during or after participating.
  • Objective is for Doubles play, but Singles is allowed if no members are available to play doubles.
  • Members must be physically at the club to tag-up at least 5-10 minutes prior. 
  • Playing time is 45 minutes.  Courts will have staggered start times. 
  • Once your 45 minutes is finished, members must leave the court to tag-up for an additional time slot i.e. no back-to-back playing unless it’s not full. 
  • Times will not count toward any on-line Court Reserve booking allowances.
  • Monitors are responsible for smooth operation of the tagging board.
