The club operates under City-imposed capacity guidelines and we have now reached
capacity for adult membership. Waitlist is now closed.
A small update:
To former members and newly joined members, we’re looking forward to welcoming the 2024 season. But there is much work to be done in preparation.
If the weather is not a problem, we’ll be looking to put up the club around April 19-22. First the winter NYWTA operations need to take off the bubble and vacate. It is a big job and calls for clear weather conditions. Then we go in – All volunteers are welcome.
Important Reminder! First Assessments for team tryouts – Adults category- Sat Apr 20th!
There’s only a week left to express your interest. If you’re looking for more serious higher level interclub competition, our Intercounty Evening Teams’ Tryouts will take place Sat, April 20th 10-2pm, for First Assessment with Nigel McClean, Tournament Director. You need to register your name with Nigel for your First Assessment. You may not go to the various team tryouts bypassing this step. Rain date is Sun April 21st 10-2pm. Newcomers, or new-to-teams-play, please take note of the tryout dates and procedures for the various Teams We will field 3 Intercounty Evening teams: A, B, and C.
Our Daytime Teams’ Tryouts will take place outdoors the week of April 21- 26. All dates are subject to weather conditions. For all info and team’s registration details, on the website go to:

Court Reserve online booking
We are working on uploading data to Court Reserve soon and you will get notifications by end April. No, you cannot book now – to all those who ask – we don’t have our courts yet! Booking will start as of May 1. All will be communicated in due time. Please be patient.
Unpaid registrants in the Pending category
Please go and pay your membership fee asap – you know who you are – or drop a note in Contact Us if you don’t want your membership anymore. If you delay now, then you will be delayed getting your Court Reserve sign ons.
Our Adult House League will continue on Wednesday evenings. Previous participants all report good things on the camaraderie and well-matched level of players. If you’re looking for friendly competition in a fun atmosphere, please join us Wednesday evenings. DMTC House League caters to 3.0 level and above. You must register to show your interest, and a not-super-serious tryout date will be communicated around mid-May. For more info and registration details, see: House League
Our ever popular Kaffeeklatsch drop-in program will continue on Tuesday and Friday mornings led by volunteer member Edgar Chiang. Volunteers to help with the KK program are always needed, thank you.
CONTINUING this year is our popular LiveBall clinics. Wednesdays and Fridays 8-10 pm. Contact coach Pavel. Come and test your strokes, cardio, volleys, smashes, or mis-hits . It’s all in fun.
There will be Sunday morning Cardio Tennis 8-9 a.m. with coach Rohan. $30 each participant.
For those unfamiliar, DMTC offers six courts in a park setting, an air-conditioned clubhouse, WIFI, free balls during programs, lively Round Robin Socials and skilled Pros to take you to the next level.
