Junior Jam Party – October 7, 4-7PM

Hi All Parents,

I would like to introduce myself.  I was formally installed as your Junior Program Director on August 19, 2022 and will remain your Junior Program Director in 2023.

As our tennis year is coming to a close and this Friday being a day off for a great many of our kids, what better way to end our DMTC junior tennis year with a Bash. You and ALL DMTC Junior Members are invited to our DMTC Year End Junior Jam Party.  If you are unable to make it and your child has a guardian, we invite your guardian to bring your children.  The event will replicate a “mini-putt” golf or in our event “MINI – SWING” with stations or “Courts” and points.  Each Player will be given a score card.  Each station will have challenges using a tennis racquet and ball.  The player counts the number of tries to successfully complete the Court and the player with the least amount of tries wins the tournament. We will be also celebrating our victories as the 2022 ICTA Junior Champions and our 2022 Tennis Rocks Junior Champions!

1) Coaches please arrange your coaching schedules to support the program by using your court to run a station so we can work in a coordinated way to improve the unity and experience of our junior members. Also, have your marketing flyers or business cards on hand to connect with parents.

2) Parents please help by volunteering to manage a “COURT” and PASS this message on to other DMTC Junior members and RSVP at [email protected] to help with determining the amount of food to make available as we would like to minimize waste.

TIP: It is not the shots we miss that count, it is the shots we don’t take. Make every shot count.
