The Annual General Meeting of the Don Mills Tennis Club will be held on Tuesday, November 16, 2021, at 7 pm by Zoom online web meeting.
The purpose of this meeting is to review the 2021 summer season and to receive a summary report presented by all Board Directors. It is also an opportunity to elect new board members for the 2021-2022 season and to transact other business as may properly be presented at the close of reports and elections.

Registration closes by midnight Saturday, November 13, 2021. All the registered members will get the meeting invite by Sunday, November 14, 2021.
If you are unable to attend the DMTC Annual General Meeting on November 16, 2021, you may vote by proxy (Online Proxy Form) by assigning your authority to any other DMTC adult/senior member in good standing.
There is also a Proxy Form and Nomination Form that can be filled and sent by email attachment to [email protected]
The deadline for proxy submissions is midnight November 13, 2021.
