The Annual General Meeting of the Don Mills Tennis Club will be held on Tuesday, November 7th, 2023, at 7pm. The location is to be announced soon.
The purpose of this meeting is to review the 2023 summer season and to receive a summary report presented by all Board Directors. It is also an opportunity to elect new board members for the 2023-2024 season and to transact other business as may properly be presented at the close of Reports and elections.

If you have any Motions for consideration by the board, they must first be submitted to [email protected] with supporting rationale, no later than September 30, 2023. Ad hoc Motions from the floor will not be entertained.
If you are unable to attend the DMTC Annual General Meeting on November 7, 2023, you may vote by proxy (Online Proxy Form) by assigning your authority to any other DMTC adult/senior member in good standing or via one of the methods listed below.
The deadline for proxy submissions is Tuesday, October 10, 2023.

2. Send the completed form as an email attachment to [email protected].

3. Print the completed form from the website, fill and submit it in an envelope to DMTC Secretary by sliding it under the Clubhouse Office door. [most cumbersome and least reliable method; DMTC prefers that you use Method 1 or 2 if you can]
Proxy requests must be made by one of the methods above. A member may not appear at the AGM with printed proxy forms in their hands that have not been registered as proxies. These forms would be invalid.
If submitted Online or emailed as a pdf attachment, the proxy must be received no later than 11:59 pm Tuesday, October 10, 2023
If the third and least preferred choice is handing in a paper copy under the Clubhouse Office door, then the proxy deadline for paper copies is by 1 pm Tuesday, October 10, 2023. The club is closed as of Oct 11/23.
