Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at 7 pm By Zoom [link to be provided upon member registration] The Annual General Meeting of the Don Mills Tennis Club will be held on Tuesday, November 16, 2021, at 7 pm by Zoom online web meeting. The purpose of this meeting is to review the 2021 summer season and to receive a summary report presented by all Board Directors. Thank you to all who supported our club this year yet again!. Hope you had fun doing the Round Robin, met some new friends, and learnt a bit about yourself and your game! This past Sunday (09/26), we were treated with some electrifying and great tennis.  There were many nail-biting moments, with each player pushing the other to/beyond the limits, and was a treat-to-watch for the audience! Hello Don Mills Tennis Club members: We are in need of Intercounty C-level players. We have a C team tryout this Thursday, June 24 at 7 pm. If you've been a past C team member, come on out and re-try. It has to be a new team, no special invitations are being sent out. This will be it. For new people to Intercounty team play, it is a Mixed Doubles format, a fairly good level, your time commitments would be Thursday nights, any time between 6:45 pm to 8:30 or 8:30 to 10 pm depending on when you're lined up. Hello Don Mills Tennis Club members: Good news to share -things are opening up as the City announced, so we can launch club programs. But courts will get tighter as you see programs taking precedence! It is a tennis club, so we’ve been spoilt a bit with unlimited booking time. Try to double up and share the prime time space. Hello Don Mills Tennis Club members: We’re ten days into operation and it’s great to see the courts busy again! Congratulations to all of you for your wonderful cooperation, booking online [it is easy!], keeping safe distances, and helping the club stay tidy. Things are running very smoothly. Hello Don Mills Tennis Club members:, So, you must have heard the great news, Covid counts are decreasing, and the City is allowing tennis courts to be open as of this Saturday, May 22, 12:01. Your club is ready! The gates will be open! The online booking platform Court Reserve is opened up and you can go pre-book your courts for Saturday, Sunday, long weekend play now if you are an approved and paid-up member. Club closed as of Saturday 12:01a.m. due to provincial order– please do not come Hello members, Unfortunately, we have been dealt another shutdown by the Province. Hardly have we got everything ready to get started, that we are shut down.
